The principals of Oak One Capital Partners have extensive operating management experience in businesses ranging from start-ups to mature businesses and including turnaround situations.

Oak One Capital Partners has extensive experience in the home improvement industry. Through its portfolio companies, the principals of Oak One Capital Partners maintain excellent relationships with many of the leading manufacturers and retailers within the home improvement industry. Oak One Capital Partners currently owns the leading wholesale supplier of hearth products in New England, the leading retailer of hearth products in New Hampshire and a web based service business that exclusively manages landscape installation services for more than 250 locations for the world’s largest home improvement retailer.

The principals of Oak One Capital Partners are experienced in structuring flexible transactions to satisfy both the financial and personal objectives of the shareholders. Oak One Capital Partners will acquire companies that either have an established management team or require the addition of one or more new managers. We will work closely with those management teams to provide operational and financial expertise and to assist in the development of long term growth plans. As appropriate, the principals will be active in locating, structuring and funding add-on acquisitions that are strategic to the growth of the business. Oak One Capital Partners has no specific exit requirements but expects to retain its investment for many years.

Since 1995, the principals of Oak One Capital Partners have raised more than $300 million in investment capital and completed more than 15 acquisitions with more than $250 million in combined annual revenue. The principals have significant executive level experience in manufacturing, distribution and service businesses, serving as either CEO or CFO of publicly-held and venture-backed companies. The principals are accomplished financial executives with experience in preparing operating budgets, implementing information systems, integrating acquisitions, developing new revenue channels, establishing financial controls and structuring employee incentive compensation plans.
